  • Referring website or source
  • API usage data (requests made, models used, token counts, latency, response status)

2.3 Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Inference API and prompt data

3.1 How prompts are processed

When you use the inference API, your prompts are sent to third-party infrastructure providers for model execution. We currently use third-party inference providers to process requests. The specific providers may change over time.

3.2 What we log

For each inference request, we log:

  • The model used, token count (prompt and completion), and latency
  • Cost and credit deduction for billing purposes
  • Request timestamp, status (success or error), and source (API or playground)
  • Whether smart routing was used and the routing decision

We do not log the full content of your prompts or model responses in our database. Prompt content passes through our servers to the inference provider and is not stored beyond the duration of the request.

3.3 How prompt data is used

  • We do not use your prompts to train AI models
  • We do not sell or share prompt content
  • Prompts are sent only to the inference provider processing your request
  • Inference providers may have their own data handling policies, which apply to the processing of your requests

4. How we use your information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services including the inference API
  • Process inference requests and manage credit billing
  • Create and manage your account
  • Process and respond to your enquiries
  • Send you newsletters and updates (with your consent)

5. Information sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information with:

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide our services to you
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Inference usage logs (model, tokens, cost, latency) are retained for billing and operational purposes. These logs do not contain prompt content.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for billing records.
